Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services. By engaging with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not proceed with our services.
1. Services Scope
We provide UI/UX design, product design, web design, and related digital services. Each project is governed by a separate proposal or agreement outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing. Any services outside the agreed scope will be treated as additional work and billed accordingly.
2. Project Engagement
A project is considered active once both parties agree to the proposal and an initial payment (if applicable) is received. We reserve the right to decline or terminate projects that fall outside our expertise or violate our policies.
3. Payment Terms
Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule (e.g., upfront, milestone-based, or monthly).
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Delayed payments may result in paused work, delayed delivery, or termination of the project.
Any additional requests outside the original scope will be quoted separately.
4. Revisions & Change Requests
We provide a limited number of revisions as defined in the project agreement. Revisions must fall within the original scope.
Requests that significantly alter the direction, structure, or scope of the project will be treated as new work and may incur additional charges and timeline adjustments.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate content, assets, and requirements in a timely manner
Give clear and consolidated feedback
Approve deliverables within a reasonable timeframe
6. Timeline & Delivery
We aim to meet agreed timelines; however, timelines depend on client responsiveness and scope stability. We are not responsible for delays caused by client-side issues, third-party services, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client retains all rights to the final deliverables. However, we reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon. All creative concepts and preliminary designs remain our property until payment is received.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential. This includes proprietary information, designs, and business strategies. Any disclosure of such information to unauthorized third parties is prohibited and may result in termination of the agreement.
9. Termination Clause
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if there is a breach of contract that is not cured within a specified timeframe. Upon termination, all outstanding payments will be due, and the client will receive any completed work.
